Responsibilities include:
-working with a team of collectors
-reconciling accounts receivable
-becoming familiar with clients
-making and receiving phone calls
-negotiating arrangements with consumers
-data entry

-outstanding communication and computer skills
-comfortable on the phone
-professional attitude
-ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-consistent attendance at work
-previous experience in customer service or collections helpful
